Market Entry Engine Demo by TheGradleW

Go-to-market engineering · working demo

Enter a new market in days, not weeks.

One reusable engine per market: map the accounts, let AI agents research and score them with source evidence, enrich contacts on a budget, suppress existing customers and open deals, then launch outbound and PLG offers. The scorecard only counts what you asked for: activated sign-ups, meetings, opportunities and customers.

  • Live AI researcher reads the company's own site, detects its CRM & stack, and checks every quote
  • Live buying-signal triage: real intent vs. online noise
  • Sample data for markets, enrichment and results (fictional accounts)

Engine run

US mid-market logistics

    Last run: 2 days 4 h end-to-end · data cost $412 Simulated run · fictional accounts

    Step 1 · Target database

Every account scored, enriched and checked against the CRM

The same table template is reused for each market. Existing customers and accounts with open deals in Salesforce/HubSpot are suppressed before anything is sent.

Step 2 · AI account research Live · AI on Amazon Bedrock

An agent that reads the prospect's site and shows its sources

Type any company website. The agent fetches its homepage plus up to two key pages, detects the CRM, marketing and analytics tools from the page code, scores fit against your offer, and drafts a 3-step sequence. Each evidence quote is checked against the fetched text and marked verified or not found.

    Try:

Runs on Kimi K2.5 via Amazon Bedrock (Nova Pro as fallback) through an AWS Lambda role: no API keys in the browser. Generated emails get an automatic claim check. In production the same agent adds headless-browser scraping (Firecrawl/Apify), Apollo/Clay people data and LinkedIn profile reading.

Step 3 · Signals & intent Live · AI on Amazon Bedrock

Tell a real buying signal from online noise

Feeds from Trigify, RB2B, Common Room or job boards land here. The agent labels each one, scores intent and says what a rep should do next, so only real buyers reach the sequence.

                Step 4 · Enrichment on a budget

Waterfall enrichment: pay the expensive provider only for misses

Run the cheapest source first, send only the unmatched contacts to the next one, and verify before anything is sent. Drag the slider and reorder the providers.

Hit rates and prices are illustrative assumptions for the demo. Real numbers are measured per market in week 1.

Step 5 · Cold email that lands

Sending capacity planned around deliverability, not volume

Secondary domains, warmed inboxes and conservative daily caps in Instantly or Smartlead. The planner shows how many new prospects a market can take each week without burning domains.

                  New prospects / week–
                  Inboxes to warm–
                  • ✓ SPF, DKIM and DMARC on every sending domain; main domain never sends cold
                  • ✓ 2–3 weeks of warm-up before the first campaign
                  • ✓ Auto-pause a domain when bounces pass 2% or spam complaints pass 0.1%
                  • ✓ Verified emails only; catch-all addresses go to LinkedIn (HeyReach) instead
                  • ✓ Plain-text, one question per email, one offer test per segment
                  • ✓ Replies and meetings sync to HubSpot/Salesforce and Outreach

                  Step 6 · Market scorecard

Compare markets side by side on what actually counts

Same tracking in every market, so a scale / change / stop decision takes minutes. Sends, opens, impressions and scraped contacts are tracked for diagnosis but never reported as results.

                  How it plugs together

Your accounts, your workflows, your CRM

Each layer uses the best tool for the job and hands off through n8n or Make. Everything is built in your accounts, so all workflows and assets stay with you.

                  30-day paid pilot

Your plan, with what we ship each week

                  1. Week 1

                    Pick the first market

Review goals and target markets, agree the ICP, offer and success metrics, connect read-only CRM access for suppression, set up sending domains so warm-up starts on day 2.

                  2. Weeks 1–2

Build the engine, launch market #1

Target database, research & scoring agent, enrichment waterfall, sequence and landing-page templates, CRM sync. First campaign live by the end of week 2.

                  3. Weeks 3–4

Reuse it for markets #2 and #3

Same templates with new lists and offers. Test 2–3 offers per market (free tool, template, interactive demo, meeting offer) and kill losers fast.

                  4. End of month

                    Report by market

Activated sign-ups, meetings, opportunities and customers per market, cost per result, and a clear scale / change / stop call for each.
